Meal Plans

How & What

Wholesome Kitchen is an award winning casual style restaurant serving delicious healthy food, located in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. We happen to have the best chefs around who work alongside a nutritionist to develop the tastiest and healthiest food.

Our ‘Meal Plans’ are very popular for many reasons such as if you simply want to save time, eat healthier, lose weight, gain muscle, eat vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc. We provide up to 5 meals a day and 7 days a week including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Simply place an order and we’ll deliver the meals to you chilled to reheat and enjoy at a time that suits you.

Our meals are made from scratch every day, to order, using the freshest and natural ingredients available. You will receive your meals chilled (not frozen) and you can decide to leave them in the fridge or freeze some to eat another day.

Your meals are delivered chilled in 100% recyclable (PET) plastic trays and are suitable for use in the fridge, freezer, microwave and oven. We’re currently working on sourcing compostable packaging for our meal plans.

All of our food is advertised and labelled with the correct nutritional information and allergens. Before you order your food and drink, please refer to our allergen guide for information about each product. Please ensure you check all labels thoroughly before consuming food and drink. As our kitchen handles foods containing all allergens (as per our allergy guide), there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from allergens. If you have a serious food allergy contact us in advance of placing an order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
